I use this product post workout and it works great. I am someone who sweats it out and i so i've got to wash my hair everyday. Using other shampoos made my hair fragile and caused a lot of hair fall. When i stopped using them my hair and scalp were greasy and it dint feel neat at all. I came across the Tiara Rinse shampoo right on time and ive been using this religiously along with the Hair Expert oil (twice a week) and my hair and scalp are slowly regaining its health and thickness.
