- DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Health Drink : Mix 1-2 teaspoons full of the Baby Care Health Mix Powder in boiled milk. Add sugar to taste.
Porridge: Mix required amount of Baby Care Health Mix Powder in milk or water and boil for 3 minutes. Stir continuously to make porridge, add sugar or salt to taste. Serve warm.
With regular food: Add Baby Care Health Mix Plus Powder to regular food (like Dosa, Rice Cake, Pancakes etc.) while preparing and cook to increase its nutritious value.
